As Early Childhood Educators, part of the FELC team, we play a significant role in the lives of the children in our care. We prepare and deliver a creative environment, rich in learning opportunities while maintaining our core values of offering a safe, caring and relationship nourishing space.

As FELC Rockstars, we must be creative, organized, self motivated, very patient, love the outdoors, be willing to get messy at times and have a real passion for children. 

 

Ongoing Professional Development is important to us as a Designated Center. All Educators have or are enrolled in the Curriculum Framework Certification program and most have obtained their diplomas in Early Childhood Education (ECE).
